How to Reach the Right Course

Each course in our group operates its own pro shop and manages daily play, lesson bookings, and general information. If you know which course you plan to play, we recommend contacting that location directly. That way, you get the most accurate, up-to-date details from the team on site.

For questions about policies that apply across all our courses — such as rain checks, dress codes, or general visitor information — you are welcome to reach out to our central office. We will direct your enquiry to the right person. Please include the course name and a brief description of your question so we can respond quickly.

If you are unsure which course best suits your needs, tell us a little about the kind of round you are looking for: your preferred region, the difficulty level you enjoy, and any amenities that matter to you. We will help match you with the right option.

When You Call or Write About Tee Times

To help us find the best available tee time for you, please have the following details ready before you get in touch:

  • Preferred date and time — include a backup window if your first choice is tight.
  • Number of players — note that some courses have minimum or maximum group sizes for online bookings.
  • Course name — if you have a favourite, or let us suggest one.
  • Any special requests — for example, early morning, twilight, or a specific nine-hole loop.
  • Whether you are a returning guest or booking for the first time — this helps us check any previous preferences or notes.

Our pro shop staff will confirm availability and let you know the next steps. We do not guarantee any specific tee time until you receive confirmation from us. For last-minute bookings, calling the course directly is often the fastest way.

Groups, Events, and Tournaments

If you are planning a group outing, corporate event, tournament, or charity day, please contact our events coordinator. This team handles everything from shotgun starts and scoring to meal service and prize distribution.

When you first reach out, be ready to share:

Group size and format — how many players, and whether you prefer a scramble, best ball, or stroke play. Let us know if you want a casual day or a more structured competition.

Preferred dates and times — weekend mornings book quickly, so flexibility helps. Have two or three options if possible.

Meal and beverage needs — many of our courses offer on-site catering. Tell us the type of meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks) and any dietary restrictions your group has.

Additional services — do you need scorecards with logos, on-course contests, rental equipment, or a dedicated registration table? The more details you give, the smoother the planning.

The events coordinator will send you a proposal with available dates, pricing, and a checklist of next steps. We do not hold dates without a signed agreement and deposit. For large groups, we recommend contacting us at least four weeks in advance.

Memberships and Season Passes

We offer annual memberships and season passes for several of our courses. Enquiries about membership options, pricing, benefits, and waiting lists are handled by our membership office.

Before you contact us, consider which course or courses you plan to play most often. Each membership is tied to a specific location, though some passes include reciprocal access on select days. Let us know:

Your typical playing frequency — for example, once a week or twice a month. This helps us recommend the right tier.

Whether you want full membership privileges (unlimited play, guest passes, league eligibility) or a more basic season pass (greens fees only).

Any accompanying family members or juniors — we have options for couples, families, and children.

The membership team will explain current availability, any initiation fees, and payment plans. We encourage you to visit the course for a tour before you commit.
