How Prepaid Round Cards Work
A prepaid round card lets you purchase a set number of rounds in advance—typically 5, 10, or 20 rounds—at a fixed rate per round. You pay once at the start, and we deduct each round from your card as you play. There are no monthly dues, no initiation fees, and no surprise charges. Your card stays active for the full golf season, giving you the freedom to book tee times across our courses on the same terms as any other golfer.
Using the card is simple. When you call or book online, you identify yourself as a cardholder and we apply the round. You can even check your remaining balance with our staff. The card itself is a credit stored on your account, so you never need to carry a physical card on the course. If you run out of rounds partway through the season, you can top up with additional rounds at the same rate, provided you do so before the card expires.
Who Benefits from a Prepaid Round Card
Prepaid round cards are a strong fit for golfers who play regularly but not enough to justify a full membership. If you typically tee off 10 to 30 times a season and want to lock in your per-round cost, this package offers clear value. It also suits groups of friends or colleagues who share a card: you can all use the same balance as long as you follow our transfer rules (covered below).

Understanding Restrictions and Transferability
Like any package, prepaid round cards come with a few reasonable limitations to protect access for all players. The most common restriction is time windows: cards may not be valid during peak hours on weekends and holidays—for example, before 10:00 AM on Saturdays, Sundays, and long weekends. Some cards also exclude twilight or replay rounds, and all cards prohibit use for tournament entry fees or league dues. These windows are clearly stated when you purchase, so you can plan around them.
- Cards are generally valid for green fees only; they do not cover cart rentals, range balls, or merchandise.
- Expiration: cards typically expire at the end of the golf season (approximately October 31) unless you purchase a multi‑season option.
- Transferability: most cards are non‑transferable, meaning only the named cardholder may use the rounds. However, we offer a shared‑card option where multiple individuals can draw from the same balance, as long as the original purchaser authorises it at the time of booking.

A full membership gives you unlimited golf throughout the season, plus access to member‑only events, practice facilities, locker storage, and sometimes preferred tee times. The upfront cost is higher, and you commit for the entire year regardless of how often you play.
A prepaid round card is a middle ground. You pay less upfront, you have no long‑term commitment, and you only use rounds when it suits your schedule. The cost per round is lower than a daily green fee, but higher than the equivalent cost per round of a full membership (assuming you play enough rounds).
