A Venue That Blends Nature and Elegance

Your wedding day deserves a setting that feels both grand and intimate. Our golf properties offer sprawling green landscapes, mature trees, and water features that create a natural backdrop for your ceremony. We can arrange outdoor exchanges on a putting green, beside a pond, or on a manicured fairway – each spot provides a unique atmosphere that photographs beautifully.

We work with your timeline to ensure a private ceremony space. On days when the course is open, we schedule your event during quieter periods. For full-course closures, we require advance planning to block tee times. Our grounds team will prepare the area, mowing patterns and trimming edges to present a pristine look. We also provide simple seating arrangements and a portable sound system for your vows.

If you prefer an indoor ceremony, our clubhouse can accommodate that too. Large windows overlook the course, so you still feel connected to the outdoors. We have room for both ceremony and reception in the same building, simplifying your logistics.

Receptions with a View in Our Clubhouse

After the ceremony, your guests move into the clubhouse for a reception that keeps the golf course as the centrepiece. Our dining areas feature floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing everyone to enjoy the sunset over the fairways. The clubhouse atmosphere is relaxed yet refined – exposed beams, stone fireplaces, and neutral décor that you can dress up with your own flowers and linens.

We offer a customizable menu for your cocktail hour and sit-down dinner. Our kitchen team prepares dishes using seasonal Ontario ingredients. You can choose from plated meals, buffet stations, or family-style service. We also provide a bar with local wines and craft beers. Our staff handles setup, service, and clean-up so you can focus on your guests.

Dancing, toasts, and cake cutting all happen in the same space. We have a built-in sound system and a small dance floor. For larger parties, we can open an adjacent room. The clubhouse also includes private washrooms and a coat check area for your guests’ comfort.

Picture-Perfect Moments on the Course

Your wedding photography will capture the natural beauty of the course. We allow you and your photographer access to designated areas during golden hour – that magic time just before sunset. Popular spots include the 18th green with the clubhouse behind, a bridge over a creek, or a clump of old oaks near the fairway.

We ask that you coordinate with our golf operations team to avoid interfering with play. For a small window of time, we can close a hole or two to let you take photos safely. We also suggest scouting locations during your planning visit so you know which angles work best. Remember that the course changes daily – early morning dew, afternoon shadows, and autumn colours all affect your shots.

  • Popular photo locations: putting green, signature par-3 tee box, flower beds near the pro shop, and the cart path lined with trees.

If you have a wedding party, we recommend scheduling photos before the reception to take advantage of the best light. Our staff can drive you in golf carts to different spots, saving time and energy.

Seasonal Considerations for Your Big Day

Timing your wedding at a golf course means working with the seasons. May through October offer the most reliable weather and vibrant course conditions. June and September are especially popular because of moderate temperatures and lower humidity. July and August can be hot, but early morning or late afternoon ceremonies avoid the peak heat.

Spring weddings in April and early May bring blooming flowers and fresh green grass, though rain is more likely. We recommend a backup indoor space for your ceremony if you book in those months. Fall weddings – late September through October – feature stunning autumn colours, but daylight ends earlier. Our sunset timing shifts, so plan your ceremony start accordingly.

Winter weddings are possible at some of our properties if we have a heated clubhouse. The course itself will be dormant, but snow-covered fairways create a unique winter wonderland aesthetic. We limit outdoor time to 15–20 minutes for photos in cold weather. Indoor activities like a buffet and dancing work well.

We encourage you to visit the course during the same season you plan to marry. That way you see the actual light, foliage, and course activity level. Our team will walk you through the property and answer any questions about timing, closures, and logistics.
