1. Eligibility:
   The Golffoxwood Course Side Contest is open to all active Golffoxwood Properties employees during the 2026 season. Participants must be currently employed at a Golffoxwood course or head office location at the time of submission. Immediate family members of Golffoxwood management are not eligible to participate.
   Entry Requirements:
   Participants must complete the official entry form, including their first and last name, email, course, department, and a valid link to their submitted post. The post must be publicly accessible on Instagram or TikTok, tag @Golffoxwoodproperties, and remain live throughout the review period. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. Entries close November 30, 2026, at 11:59 pm EST.
2. Prizes:
   • Monthly Prize: One winner will be selected each month during the contest period and will receive a $250 gift card or a prize package valued at $250. The monthly prize will vary month to month and will be communicated in the monthly Course Side email.
   • Season-Long Grand Prize: A 2-night, 3-day stay and play at Forest Golf Club & Inn for one person, valid anytime during the 2027 season, plus a $200 Golffoxwood gift card to be used toward food and pro shop merchandise during the stay.
3. Prize Conditions:
   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other product or service.
   • The Forest Golf Club & Inn stay and play prize is valid for one person, subject to availability, and must be redeemed within the 2027 season. Travel to and from Forest Golf Club & Inn is the sole responsibility of the winner.
   • The $200 Golffoxwood gift card included with the grand prize is valid only at Forest Golf Club & Inn and must be used during the prize stay.
   • Prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
4. Winner Selection:
   Monthly winners and the season-long grand prize recipient are selected at the discretion of the Golffoxwood marketing team based on authenticity, creativity, and brand alignment. All decisions are final.
5. Notification of Winners:
   Winners will be notified via internal communication. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible submission. First names and last initials of winners, as well as their submitted content, may be shared in winner announcements across Golffoxwood social media platforms.
6. Content & Privacy:
   By submitting, participants grant Golffoxwood Properties permission to repost, reshare, or feature submitted content across Golffoxwood-owned social media channels and marketing materials. Credit will be given where possible. Personal information collected through the entry form will not be shared with third parties and will only be used for the purposes of administering the Course Side contest.
7. Disqualification:
   Golffoxwood reserves the right to disqualify any submission deemed to be fraudulent, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions. This includes but is not limited to submissions containing offensive, discriminatory, or disrespectful content toward customers, coworkers, or the Golffoxwood brand.
8. General Conditions:
   Golffoxwood is not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may prevent the submission or processing of entries. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Golffoxwood, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.
