Banquet and Meeting Space
Our clubhouses offer versatile spaces that work for business meetings, community events, and private celebrations. Each venue features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking fairways and greens. You can configure the room for boardroom sessions, classroom-style workshops, or banquet rounds of up to 200 guests.
We provide in-house catering with menus built around fresh, seasonal ingredients. Our team handles setup, audio-visual equipment, and clean-up so you can focus on your event. For corporate groups, we offer half-day and full-day packages that include coffee breaks and lunch service. Evening events can take advantage of our outdoor patio spaces during warmer months.
All banquet and meeting bookings include complimentary parking and golf cart access for site tours. We also offer break-out spaces for smaller committee meetings or pre-function receptions. Your guests will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of a golf property without the distractions of a busy course—our spaces are separate from the main public areas.
Seasonal Vendor and Sponsor Placements
Each season we welcome a limited number of vendors and sponsors to partner with us. These placements give you direct access to our membership and daily play traffic from May through October. Options include:
- On-course signage at tees, fairways, and greens
- Product sampling tents near the practice green or halfway house
- Food and beverage carts on specific days
- Equipment demo days at the driving range
- Logo integration on scorecards and tee markers
Vendor placements are available for golf equipment, apparel, food services, and wellness products. We also welcome local artisans and specialty retailers who want to set up a pop-up shop in our clubhouse lobby during peak weekend hours. Sponsors receive recognition in our weekly e-newsletter and on-course signage. All agreements are seasonal and can be renewed annually based on performance and mutual fit.
We work with you to determine the best location and schedule for your placement. Our team provides a dedicated contact person for logistics, including power access, display space, and waste removal. You keep your own sales revenue; we focus on creating a positive experience for your customers and our golfers.
Practice Facility Partnerships
Our practice facilities include a grass-teed driving range, a short-game area with bunkers, and a large putting green. We are open to partnerships that enhance these spaces for both our guests and your business. Examples include seasonal turf rentals for golf instruction academies, simulator bays for winter training, and fitting centres from club manufacturers.
A practice facility partnership can operate as a separate concession within our grounds. You would handle bookings, pricing, and instruction, while we maintain the turf and provide shared marketing support. We have space to install a mobile teaching bay or a covered hitting station that stays up from April through October. For longer-term partners, we can discuss year-round access using our heated indoor area.
We are particularly interested in collaborations that offer junior programs, women’s clinics, or adaptive golf initiatives. If you run a fitness or wellness program that complements golf instruction, we can co-locate sessions on the practice green or in an adjacent grass area. All partnerships are structured as revenue-sharing or flat-fee lease arrangements, depending on the scope.
